SALES CONDITIONS 2009
Foreword
Please check all the points below. These are the business conditions for the year 2009 and are valid for the whole year. These points can be slightly modified but must be agreed with your sales representative. Except of these conditions as we are European producer respects Incoterm 2000 and also business morality. For more details or information contact your sales representative.
Order policy
Orders are confirmed as standard within 48 hours from an order receipt. If there is any reason 2vv is not able to provide Order confirmation within this period, the customer is informed when the Order confirmation would be provided.
Order cancellation in part or in full:
- Order cancellation in part or in full the same day as received – no cancellation fee is charged
- Order cancellation in part or in full within 2 days following the order receipt (excluding the weekend days) – a cancellation fee of 15% of the value of the cancelled goods or products is charged
- Order cancellation in part or in full within 3 and more days following the order receipt – a cancellation fee of 50% of the total value of the cancelled products or goods is charged
This is to prevent mistakes in deliveries, which were caused by such changes. Any change concerning the increase of an already sent order cannot be incorporated in such order but must always be sent as a new order.
Payment conditions
- Payment acceptable in EUR currency
- 100% advance payment for a new customer
- 2vv reserves the right to change agreed payment terms any time if non-acceptable payment discipline.
Delivery time
Delivery time - 14 days Ex-works as standard for majority of 2VV product range.
Products within 14 days delivery are marked with "**" (2 stars stand for 2 weeks) / "*" (1 star stands for 1 week). Some of the 2VV products are with longer delivery date
* - 1 week (5 working days) / ** - 2 weeks / *** - 3 weeks / **** - 4 weeks
ICR - Information Call Required - delivery date will be given by 2VV responsible person
S - Item available on Stock
Transport
- All prices are EX-work factory
- 2VV warehouse is open Monday to Friday - 10:00 - 15:00
- Date and time of goods collection must be announced to 2VV administration 1 day before loading.
- Transport management is offered by 2VV as an additional service - 2VV organize transport and invoice the transport cost to the customer.
Stock Fee
- If ordered goods from the customer stays in the warehouse more than 10 days after confirmed date of dispatch stock fee will be charged by 2VV - each day for 0,5‰ of value of the ordered goods !!!
- The goods would be kept in 2VV warehouse for maximum 1 month. After that period goods would be sold!!!
Warranty
Standard warranty for all 2VV products is 3 YEARS. This warranty means material guarantee. 2VV does not cover any cost of service intervention. 2VV is responsible for transport of wrong components/products. If the claim accepted these costs reimburse 2VV. Cost incurred during service reimburse the customer.
Claim procedure
- 2VV is informed about serial number and the type of the claimed product (otherwise the claim is not solved)
- Description of the damage/problem, photos and description of the product installation, etc.
